LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE

By booking, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Condition Disclosure: I have disclosed all known conditions of the vehicle, including but not limited to previous repairs, aftermarket modifications, sensitive materials, or known defects.

2. Personal Belongings: I understand that I am responsible for removing all valuables from the vehicle prior to service. Lone Star Detailing Co. is not responsible for any lost or missing items.

3. Service Risks: While all reasonable care is taken, I acknowledge that certain detailing services (e.g., steam cleaning, stain removal, paint correction) involve some risk. Lone Star Detailing Co. is not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions or wear and tear.

4. Photos & Marketing: I grant permission to Lone Star Detailing Co. to take before and after photos of the vehicle for marketing purposes (unless I opt out in writing).

5. Payment: I agree to pay in full upon completion of services rendered.
